Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
